Michael J. Weber, Esq.

Michael Weber is a real estate attorney licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He currently resides in Howell, NJ with his wife Stephanie and three daughters Carolyn, Samantha and Alexandria Weber.     Michael Weber was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1971 but raised in Middletown, NJ. He completed his undergraduate work at Loyola College in Maryland with a bachelor's degree in political science. In 1997 he received his Juries Doctor from Catholic University, The Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C.     Michael Weber worked for several years with the firm of Schneider, Goldberger, Cohen, Leder and Montalbano in the areas of labor law, employment law and real estate law. In 2002 he opened his own firm, the Law Offices of Michael Weber, LLC concentrating on residential and commercial real estate. In 2006 Michael Weber added Julie Layden, as partner to his estate practice and changed the firm's name to Weber & Layden, LLC. Since 2002, Michael Weber's firm has handled over 13,000 purchases, sales and refinances. Today he continues to practice primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate.

Julie Layden, Esq.

Julie Layden is a practicing real estate attorney in the State of New Jersey. Julie was born in New Jersey but raised primarily in Florida. She has resided in Wall Township for the last twenty years.     Ms. Layden graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1993 from Monmouth University with a degree in Political Science. Prior to attending Law school, Ms. Layden worked for both Senators Bill Bradley and Joseph Kryillos. She attended Law school at New York Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1996. While attending Law school, Ms. Layden worked for the Mercer County Prosecutors office where she gained much of her courtroom experience.     Ms. Layden began her career with Michael J. Weber where she quickly moved to a partnership position. The focus of Ms. Layden's practice is residential real estate. She has established trusted relationships with many local real estate offices and associations throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. In addition, she supports many local charities and is an active member of the community.
